He has held senior HR leadership positions at Dow Chemical, Corporate Express Delivery Systems, and Alticor (formerly Amway Corporation). Dan has primary responsibility for the oversight of Spectrum Health’s Human Resources; the largest employer in West Michigan with a staff of 14,000, 1500 physicians and 2,000 volunteers, Spectrum has 7 hospitals and more than 140 sites. Spectrum is ranked among the nation’s Top 100 Integrated Healthcare Networks. A key focus of Dan’s efforts is the strategic alignment and integration of human capital initiatives at Spectrum Health.
